Crowdshop, a division of Whittaker Estates Pty Ltd (ABN 93 084 013 356) (referred to as Crowdshop, we, our or us), values your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we and our subsidiaries, collect, use and disclose the information about you:

i. access, use or visit our website www.crowdshop.com.au (Website);
ii. use and contribute to our social media;
iii. apply for a job with us; or
iv. otherwise engage in with us such as when you make an enquiry or contact us, or participate in a survey, promotion, loyalty program or competition;

(b) in the ordinary course of us operating our business and providing goods or services to you and our other customers; or

(c) during the course of us interacting with companies or organisations with whom Crowdshop has a business relationship.

We collect information about you directly and from other parties, as well as automatically though your use of our Website and as described about in section 1(a). This may include, but is not limited to:

(b) information you provide us when shopping on our Website payment details, delivery and contract details, details in connection with you use of our Website;

(c) information you provide us when using or contributing to social media;

(d) information you provide us when you participate in promotions and exclusive offers made available to you;

(e) information you provide us when you apply for a job with us such as name, contact details, qualifications and experience; and

(f) any other information you provide us when you submit an enquiry or contact us.

3. Why do we collect and use your personal information?

We collect and use your information, including your personal information, so that we can:
