I purchased a dishwasher from Crowdshop and, to be fair, the price was very competitive compared to other suppliers. I also paid for the removal and disposal of the old dishwasher as part of the order.Unfortunately, the delivery process was frustrating. The delivery date changed several times throughout the order. Because the dishwasher was being delivered to a rental property, every date change required me to coordinate with the managing agent, who then had to arrange access with the tenant. This created a lot of unnecessary hassle and inconvenience.After multiple changes, I was advised that delivery would take place on 25 September, and I organised access accordingly. However, the delivery was ultimately made on 26 September. As nobody was home that day, I had to urgently arrange for someone else to accept and sign for the delivery.Because of the additional delay and no one being available at the property, the old dishwasher was not removed or disposed of as originally agreed. I later requested a refund for the disposal service that I had paid for but did not receive, however this request was declined.Bruce was responsive in his communications and the dishwasher was eventually delivered, but the repeated scheduling changes and refusal to refund a service that was not provided left me disappointed. I'm sharing my experience so that other buyers can make an informed decision before purchasing.Overall: good price, but the delivery experience and after-sales support could be improved.
