We use a range of suppliers to source you the best items and prices. Consequently, the delivery and plug-in services change on a case by case basis. We will update you the day before your preferred delivery date with a delivery window during which you will need to be home to accept delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
We calculate the delivery costs and display them in the cart. Delivery is calculated based on size, weight and delivery locations of your items.
Do I need to be at home to accept delivery?
Yes. Large items such as fridges & freezers, ovens, rangehoods, cookers require someone to be home to accept and sign for the delivery. Once a delivery date is confirmed, if you need to change your preferred delivery date please contact us directly quoting your order ID (as displayed in your confirmation email). There may be an associate cost to changing your delivery date, but we will notify this to you in advance.
Do you take away old appliances, packaging and plug-in the new appliance?
Yes, you may add this additional service in the cart during checkout. Removal of old appliances is only available for fridges & freezers, dishwashers, washing machines and dryers. All items must be disconnected prior to delivery in order for the old appliances to be taken away. Our service providers are not able to disconnect items for you. Removal of old appliances also includes taking away packing of your new appliances. We do not provide installation services but can plug-in your new appliance.
Installation
In some circumstances we are able to help you with installation services, although for a range of products this must be completed by a licenced expert. For more information please contact us directly.
Click & Collect
If you would like to utilise click & collect, you may select this option at checkout. We cannot guarantee this as an option in all circumstance but we will notify you if we cannot provide click & collect services.
