Exceed our expectations and experience. Bruce have been amazing. The consistency, communication, support and customer service have been high standards and quality! Not 5 Stars.. 10 Stars!!! Bruce have gone above and beyond and never disappoints us. We are very happy with the product, even though we had a slight hiccup, but Bruce was on top of it and was rectified immediately. So glad we didnt go through major retails such as Harvey Norman or E&S.Thank you Bruce!!!

Highly recommend Crowdshop! They helped me get a high-quality heat pump dryer, washing machine, and an excellent fridge. I was originally aiming for a specific fridge, but it was sold out everywhere and couldn’t be delivered within the tight timeframe I was dealing with. Thankfully, Crowdshop managed to source the exact fridge I wanted and even offered me a much better deal than anywhere else I had found.What impressed me the most was their responsiveness and customer service. Any hiccups or issues that came up were handled quickly and professionally, and they were always able to reply promptly and tackle problems efficiently, which made the whole process smooth.I’m genuinely very impressed and extremely satisfied with the service and overall experience. Highly recommended for sure! :)

Finally got the Everdure HUB II at a price I couldn't believe!I'd been eyeing the Everdure HUB II Electric Ignition Charcoal BBQ for months but couldn't justify the full retail price. A friend recommended Crowdshop and I'm so glad I gave them a go.The whole process was incredibly easy, I told them what I was after, and they came back with a price that beat everything I'd found online or in store. No haggling, no stress, just a genuinely great deal delivered to my door.The BBQ itself is an absolute ripper, but the real star here is the Crowdshop service. Fast, friendly and they clearly know how to work their supplier relationships to get customers a proper discount. Communication was great throughout and delivery was smooth.If you've been sitting on the fence about a big-ticket purchase, stop scrolling and just use Crowdshop. I'll be back next time I need something. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Nothing but positive things to say about this small, local business. There's a lot of scams around the net but sometimes a thing is exactly what it says it is. Crowdshop sourced my new coffee machine for a signicant discount than anything I could find, and I got a new machine smoothly delivered to my house in a matter of days, with some cash left in my pocket. I'm recommending Crowdshop to everyone I know.

Really easy service to use, got a much better price through them than at a scratch and dent clearance centre! We saw the same appliance we wanted with some damage to it in a seconds appliance shop at a reduced price. Shopped around and Crowdshop got us a new and undamaged unit at a much cheaper price!Great communication from the team, we knew what was happening at all times, and they made sure all went smoothly.Thankyou to Bruce especially!

Good service if you can wait a few days to a couple of weeks for products. Beat all the big name and online retailers for price and prompt communication made it a easy decision. Came away feeling like I got a very competitive price without having to deal with sales people and haggle over $$$. Have recommended to others and will use again.

I was a bit sceptical if this was a scam site when I initially tried it for the first time, though it was amazing and I got our triple bar fridge for $500 cheaper than anywhere else even in Black Friday sales. After service customer service was second to none with confirming order, and multiple communications leading up to delivery, being provided a delivery time frame so didn't have to sit around all day and delivery on the day was fantastic. Bruce even reached out after to check everything went well. Highly recommend and will be visiting again
