We use a range of suppliers to source you the best items and prices. Consequently, the delivery and related services change on a case by case basis. We will update you the day before your preferred delivery date with a delivery window during which you will need to be home to accept delivery.

Standard delivery – Australia wide (metropolitan)

Standard delivery fee for all metropolitan areas is $50 and is applied automatically at checkout. If you live in a regional area we will contact you after you place your order with the additional delivery costs. If you do not agree to the additional delivery costs you have the option to cancel your order.

Premium delivery - Australia wide (metropolitan)

Most of our suppliers offer a premium delivery services where they will deliver, unbox, plus remove your old appliance including the packaging. Typically, this service costs $85+, please contact us and we can arrange this service for you where available.

Click & Collect

If you would like to utilise click & collect, you may select this option at checkout. We cannot guarantee this as an option in all circumstance but if available we will subsequently remove any delivery fee.

Installation

In some circumstances we are able to help you with installation services, although for a range of products this must be completed by a licenced expert. For more information please contact us directly.
